Warrandyte Man Missing: A Warrandyte man reportedly went missing on 18 October 2023 when he was outside for a walk in the evening with his dog. The police identified the name of the missing as Daniel. Here’s what we know about the missing person.
Warrandyte Man Missing
The police are looking for a man named, Daniel who went missing while walking his dog in Warrandyte. He is 35 years old and was last seen leaving work around 1 p.m. He went home to his residence on West End Road and then took his dog, Jack Russell for a walk along the Yarra River.
The Victoria Police found Daniel’s things by the river around 6 p.m., but his dog had already returned home, looking wet. This is unusual, so the police and his family are worried about him.
Missing Person Daniel Warrandyte Found Update:
The local police, along with other teams like the Water Police and Search and Rescue, looked for him near the river last night and are still searching today. Daniel is a white man with a slim build, brown eyes, and short brown hair. They’ve shared a picture of him in hopes that someone might have information about where he is.

Multi-Agency Search Continues
A multi-agency search has begun in Warrandyte to look for the missing man Daniel. The search continued. In the search for the man, Many authorities such as the water police, the Air Wing, and the SES are investigating.
Sgt Henderson said, “We focused our search primarily in the area where his items were found and we focused on the river,”
“We’ve had SES on the ground searching on foot, we’ve had police in boats on the river and we’ve also had a drone up in the air being flown over. So we’ve pretty much canvassed the river as much and as best as we can.”
He added, “The river is running very rapidly, so much so, we’re reluctant to put any of our people into the water. It is quite dangerous conditions and that is a concern,”
“At this stage, we’re not planning on packing up any time soon, we’re going to continue our search as long as we can.”
