Meinhard the brother of Arnold died at only 25 age. He is a married father and son Arnold’s brother, Patrick M. Knapp Schwarzenegger, is an attorney and successful businessman. 

The reason for Meinhard’s death is a drunk-driven accident, he is drug addicted. “Well, look at my brother [Meinhard]. We were opposites,” Arnold told the outlet. “He got the same treatment and became an alcoholic and died drunk driving. What tore him down built me up.”

Arnold made a rare mention of his late brother during a conversation with THR, describing Meinhard as the “more fragile” brother in the Schwarzenegger family.
