Attorney General Peter F. Kilmartin has declared that Henry Lopez, who is 27 years old and from Providence, has been given a sentence of 22 years in prison, with 20 years of that sentence being suspended, and not eligible for parole.
This is because of his involvement in a shooting in Providence on October 22, 2014, where Terry Robinson was killed, and Delacy Andrade was injured. The sentencing was overseen by Superior Court Justice Robert D. Krause.
Terry Robinson was fatally shot in the head, while Delacey Andrade was shot in the buttocks. Kendrick Johnson was not hit by the gunfire.
Following the shooting, Lopez drove to a house on Tappan Street in Providence, where they hid the firearms used in the shooting. Lopez then asked the resident of the house to drive the black Infinity to a house on Alaska Street in Providence.
Shortly after the shooting, the Providence Police Detectives found the suspect vehicle in the driveway of the Alaska Street residence.
