Michael Strahan Family Matters: What’s Going On With Michael Strahan?
Michael Strahan will not return on Good Morning America. He is now not appearing on the show. He has been away from the show since the end of last month. An ABC spokesperson said he’s dealing with some family issues.
Strahan is healthy but needs time for his private matters. He hasn’t been on the show since October 26. Other anchors, Juju Chang, and Linsey Davis, have been filling in for him. He has not posted on social media since October 25 when he promoted his game show.
Michael Strahan is a father to four grown-up children: Tanita, Michael Jr., Isabella, and Sophia. He had two older kids with his first wife Wanda Hutchins and twins with his second wife, Jean Muggli.
On Sunday, Fox Sports commentator Curt Menefee reported that Michael Strahan would not be part of the show because he was “dealing with a personal family matter.”
What Happened to Michael Strahan?
The 51-year-old Michael Strahan is currently not part of ABC’s chat show Good Morning America. ABC made an official statement to People, that Michael is missing from Good Morning America for unknown reasons involving his family.
A spokesperson said in a statement, “Michael Strahan will not be with us this week as he is dealing with some personal family matters,” he added, “We appreciate everyone’s thoughts and concerns.”
