Melvin Harris Gas Station video emerged in August 2018, in the video, a fearful incident was seen where a 40-year-old man was brutally beating a young 27-year-old man. This incident became widespread on all social media platforms like Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube.
The incident took place when Melvin Harris was waiting in his car for her daughter, who went to the bathroom at a QuikTrip convenience store in Phoenix, where she used to work and a boy named Armstrong tried to enter her stall when she was in.
When Melvin Harris’s daughter told him the man, Leon Leevon Armstrong, tried to force his way into her bathroom stall, Harris beat Armstrong to death. Armstrong suffered severe injuries and died in the hospital.
He was immediately arrested on the charge of murder.
Witnesses saw Harris repeatedly kick and stomp on Armstrong. Harris was initially charged with second-degree murder but accepted a plea deal that reduced the charge to manslaughter. He’ll spend eight years in prison as part of the agreement.
