Mei Haskell is the wife of Samuel Haskell, who is the son of America’s most famous personality and film producer Sam Haskell. Mei has been missing since a female body was found near her hometown.
Mei’s husband Samuel has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of the found body, who is supposed to be his wife. The police inspectors are still investigating the case and went to Samuel’s home for further investigation.
Samuel Haskell is a resident of Los Angeles, who is being held on $2,000,000 bail.

A video evidence from the location of the discovery in Encino led law enforcement to Tarzana on Wednesday. The investigation then led to the detention of Samuel Haskell, 35, who was held on suspicion of murder at a mall in Topanga.
The gruesome found was made by a person around 6 a.m. who was looking through dumpster containers in the area of Ventura Boulevard and Rubio Avenue and found a bag containing a woman’s torso.

The person informed the police that she had already met with Mei but she did not know about his husband. Mei Li is described as 37 years old, the wife of Samuel, the police is still investigating to detect the body of a woman as it is assumed the body is hers.
Detective Efren Gutierrez said, with the Los Angeles Police Department during an evening news conference on Wednesday, “The reason we’re concerned with their whereabouts is they would normally be home during these hours.”
“Attempts have been made to contact them by cell phone … no answers. Same with Mei, she is unaccounted for … attempts have been made to call her phone [and] still no answer.”

Mei’s father Gaoshan Li, 72. is described as 5-foot-6-inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. and her mother YanXiang Wang, age 64, who is described as 5-foot-4-inches tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds, as per a report from NBC Los Angeles.
