Jonathan Miller is an attorney for Misty Hampton, a co-defendant of former President Donald Trump. Recently in a press during a court appearance Wednesday afternoon, Jonathan has admitted to leaking the videos. The video shows conversations between prosecutors and other co-defendants in the Georgia election interference case.
In the press he said, “In being transparent with the court, and to make sure that nobody else gets blamed for what happened, and so that I can go to sleep well tonight, judge, I did release those videos to one outlet, I need the court to know that.”

After leaking those videos, Jonathan said that he believed the leak would help Hampton because hiding the videos “misleads the public about what’s going on.” Hampton is accused of involvement in an alleged plot to unlawfully copy voting machines in Coffee County, Georgia. He has pleaded not guilty.
