CJ Stround was born on 3 October 2001 in Rancho Cucamonga, California. He is the son of Coleridge and Kimberly Stroud. He is the youngest of four children. His father, Coleridge Bernard Stroud, III, got a long prison sentence in 2016 and has been in jail since Stroud was in middle school.
