Christy Perry Missing: A 25-year-old girl from Houston is missing from Big Bend National Park. A search is currently underway for the woman, who reportedly missing after her family issued a report that she did not return home from a trip to Big Bend National Park.

The missing Houston woman is identified as Christy Perry, who is described as 25 years old a Korean woman, height 5 feet 2 inches, weighs 100 pounds, and has brown hair and a fair complexion, according to the National Park Service (NPS).
According to a report by ABC13, a close friend confirmed that Perry did not tell anyone the details of her itinerary but did appear to be there on a planned vacation.
Christy Perry first picked up a rental car in Midland Texas and reached Big Bend National Park on 9 November 2023, as per NPS.
The park service confirmed that she never revealed her camping reservation that night at the Chisos Basin Campground. Later her vehicle was located at the trailhead for the Lost Mine Trail.

The police authorities and multiple agencies are currently struggling to find the 25-year-old woman Christy Perry, who failed to return her home from Big Bend National Park.
A team including NPS employees, U.S. Border Patrol, Texas Game Wardens, and Los Diablos fire crew searched the area while two choppers from the Texas DPS and U.S. Border Patrol and a plane from NPS dug from above.
Lost Mine Trail is closed until further notice, NPS announced. The popular trail climbs steeply into the woodlands of the Chisos Mountains.
