Miss Grand Philippines 2023 contestant, Catherine Camilon, 26, was last seen at a shopping mall in Lemery, Batangas hours before she was informed missing.
Catherine’s sister, Chin-Chin hopped onto her social media appealing to her friends who were with Catherine last night, Chin mentioned in the message that Catherine called her at 8 p.m. on October 12, and since then her phone has been dead following the last morning.
She also detailed her personal life such as age, height, car, and others. According to a Facebook page:
Ms. Camilon left the house on October 12, 2023, on board a Nissan Juke with plate number NEI 2990 and her mother still had a conversation with the latter informing her that she was at the gasoline station in Bauan. Afterward, her mother heard no updates from Ms. Camilon until Friday morning which the mother claims is unusual.
All stations and units across Batangas Police Province are working together with the Tuy Municipal Police Station in searching for any trace or information regarding the whereabouts of CATHERINE CAMILON Y MANGUERRA. “We are committed to bringing Camilon home safely, and we are leaving no stone unturned in our efforts to resolve this case,” said, a chief Police Brig. Gen. Paul Kenneth Lucas,

Tuy Police Station investigated at the mall and they found CCTV footage which showed Camilon walking sole on the evening of October 12 at 7 p.m. This footage was recorded before her last statement to her mother, where she remarked that she was at a gas station in Bauan.
