Cassidy Hutchinson alleges Rudy Giuliani of Sexual Assault in New Book
Cassidy Jacqueline Hutchinson, an American former White House aide, has accused Rudy Giuliani, Former Mayor of New York City, of groping her in such a bad manner (sexual assault) on January 6 in a new memoir book.
The 27-year-old politician, who was a star witness at the January 6 Committee hearings, claims that the 79-year-old put his hand “under my blazer, then my skirt” and was like a “wolf closing in on his prey.”
She claims in the book that the former New York Mayor “fingered the fabric” and said, “I’m loving this leather jacket on you.” she then described, “his frozen fingers trail up my thigh.”
Rudy Giuliani, 79, reflected on this matter and dismissed the accusation as a “disgusting lie.”
Ted Goodman, a political advisor, said, “It’s fair to ask Cassidy Hutchinson why she is just now coming out with these allegations from two and a half years ago, as part of the marketing campaign for her upcoming book release, further added,
“This is a disgusting lie against Mayor Rudy Giuliani – a man whose distinguished career in public service includes taking down the Mafia, cleaning up New York City, and comforting the nation following September 11th.”
Ms. Hutchinson clarified the encounter happened backstage in a tent during Donald Trump’s Stop the Steal Rally before the Capitol Riot. She had been a Trump supporter who worked for White House chief of staff Mark Meadows.
Cassidy Hutchinson Interview Testimony Today
Former White House aide, Cassidy Hutchinson gave additional information in testimony at the Jan. 6 Committee, where she testified about incredible behavior she saw as an aide in President Donald Trump’s White House.
Hutchinson tells People, “I want people to know that I didn’t just arrive at that moment of testifying, It was hard in a lot of ways to get to that place. And it was hard afterward too,” she added,
“I didn’t agree with everything the administration was doing, but I saw it as an opportunity to serve my country and to serve the president.
“There were a lot of moments, especially during the campaign season and in the post-election period, where I began to question what we were doing and whether or not it aligned with my perception of what I wanted my public service to be,”
She clarified, “Throughout my service in the Trump administration, I had lost this piece of myself, The circle of people I was surrounded with wasn’t really a circle, it was a cage. I was locked in the cage of this ideological mindset, and every time I tried to break free of the cage, I found myself coming back into it.”
While sharing her testimony she would share several other details about her time in the Trump administration in a live hearing while watching millions of Americans.
“It’s important for my readers to be able to understand that I know I didn’t always handle everything correctly, I’m not proud of a lot of the decisions that I made, but being able to admit that to myself is what led me to be able to make that decision to come forward and testify.”
Ms. Hutchinson says of the fallout that reached after speaking out against the Trump administration. “I don’t view it as a loss. I truly view it as gaining a sense of freedom.”
“I stand by everything I testified to, and I stand by everything that’s in the book. There is something freeing and liberating in having the confidence to stand in your own truth.”
Hutchinson is all set to launch her new memoir book, Enough, about her experiences working at the White House, on 26th September 2023.
