Bicyclist Killed Philadelphia: A bicyclist, dean, and coach of J.R. Masterman School has died after a severe bike accident on Monday Evening in the city’s Roxborough neighborhood. According to reports, he lost his life in an accident with a bike and another vehicle crash.

The victim was identified as a school teacher, named Kevin St. Clair. He got badly injured in the collision and was later rushed to a nearby hospital.
According to the Philadelphia police, the incident happened at about 6:51 p.m., when the man made a right turn onto the 7500 block of Henry Avenue after traveling eastbound along Wises Mills Road.
The officials said that a black Chrysler driven by a 20-year-old woman headed southbound along Henry Avenue smashed the rider and crashed him off his bike.
A Toyota was coming in the opposite direction, driven by a 47-year-old woman, who was unable to avoid contact with the man as he fell into the northbound lane.
Kevin Sinclair was taken to a local hospital, at Albert Einstein Medical Center where medics pronounced he had died around 8:41 p.m.

Kevin St. Clair was a 64-year-old school teacher, dean, and coach from J.R. Masterman School, where he used to teach students in 6th Grade.
The school said in a tribute on a Facebook post shared by J. R. Masterman Home and School Association, earlier Tuesday afternoon. “We are sorry to share the very sad news that former Masterman teacher, dean, and coach Kevin Saint Clair has passed.”

A 64-year-old cyclist or Byclist was killed in a crash on Henry Ave. in Roxborough and he was recognized as a popular J.R. Masterman School teacher.
Masterman Middle and High School Principal Jeannine A-H Payne first shared the information of Kevin’s death.
“Today we were informed that Kevin St. Clair teacher, and former dean and coach in our school community lost his life in a tragic car accident last night.
Though officially retired Kevin has remained a prominent figure throughout the school and in the lives of many of our students. Kevin was a dedicated teacher and a caring colleague to many of us. He was one of the first people I met when I arrived at Masterman as he was supporting Marge in the main office. He will be missed by so many within our school walls and beyond.
Members of our school community are in direct contact with Kevin’s family and the district office of communications has been engaged.
Counseling/ mental health support for staff and students has been requested for our school community beginning tomorrow morning.”
